This information is provided in accordance with Art . 13 of Legislative Decree no. N . 196/2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data.
The conferment of data is mandatory , necessary to respond to requests and to re-contact the sender to obtain explanations on what it is reported. The personal data supplied by users is used for shipping purposes and for the elaboration of studies and statistics , also part of the evaluations of the reports in terms of the spending review. Personal data will not be disclosed to anyone outside the shipping process. The data collected will be disclosed in anonymous way and may be used for reports and statistics. The collected data are processed by computers. The data will be kept in a form which permits identification of data for a period of time not exceeding the completion of the investigation and assessment of the communication. Appropriate security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
The owner of the data collected is: Municipality of Caneva .
The processing of data related to the information request form takes place at the Municipality and are cared for by staff working in the office in charge of the treatment.
Rights of interested parties
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction ( art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. n . 196/2003).
For the purposes of this Article the user shall have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, and oppose any case , for legitimate reasons, to their treatment. Requests should be addressed to the data controller of personal data.
